Senior executives already in this type of role who want to evaluate and upgrade their skills or those facing a major complex challenge which involves resolving organizational and people issues.

The transition from business unit leader to senior executive involves a shift in focus. The goal is no longer to grow one’s own function, but to create the right blend of strategy across all functional areas. Senior executives must meet the challenges implied by this goal if they are to maintain and enhance the organization’s competitive edge. The Accelerated Learning for Enterprise Executives is designed to help leaders think holistically about the needs of the organization and prepare for new accountabilities.

Learning Objectives

The Executive Coach will work with a leader to accomplish the following objectives where relevant:
