As organizations grow and change, leaders are required to step into new leadership levels at an accelerated pace. As a complement to existing talent development efforts, we apply our expertise to support the individual in building on existing leadership capabilities. By working with the Executive Coach, an individual can take on greater responsibility and integrate successfully into a leadership role.

Program Candidates

This program is for incoming or first-level managers who play a major role in execution or translating organizational strategy and objectives into results.

Learning Objectives

The Executive Coach will work with a leader to accomplish the following objectives where relevant:

• Understand your role as a leader by identifying skills critical to success.

• Manage performance and learn to delegate effectively.

• Communicate effectively and provide effective feedback.

• Improve leadership versatility to enable the leader to balance task and people competently.

• Increase the quality of interaction with others through coaching and influencing tactics.

• Understand the key elements of change that a leader must address.
