Senior and Mid-Level Leader—Accelerated Learning

Program Candidates

This program is for mid-level managers and directors who are progressing toward increasing levels of leadership responsibility; are leading a major change initiative; or, are responsible for key client relationship management where strategic interaction with internal and external customers is an integral part of success.

The challenges currently facing mid-level leaders demand a high level of leadership effectiveness. Dealing with complex and rapidly changing issues, mid-level leaders are called upon to collaborate with stakeholders across many organizational levels. Given this, the Executive Coach builds a personalized development plan that is based on 360-degree feedback and an assessment of leadership skills critical to achieving success in the specific leadership role.

Learning Objectives

The Executive Coach will work with a leader to accomplish the following objectives where relevant:

  • Identify and develop the leadership skills required to integrate into new levels of scope and responsibility.

  • Set direction, build support and achieve commitment when championing change initiatives.

  • Think strategically, plan and implement changes.

  • Influence others with or without having direct authority.

  • Increase capacity to develop highly effective teams.

  • Develop a facilitative leadership approach and maintain strategic client relations.
