Every development engagement at the Niagara Institute is evaluated at the end of the assignment. This forms part of our quality assurance measures.

Quality Assurance

Quality is a top priority. Balances and checks in place to ensure that we are providing the highest quality leadership development product in the market.

The Niagara Institute contracts the services of a Chief Assessor. 

  • The role of the Chief Assessor is to maintain requisite best practices in feedback coaching consistent with the Standards set by the Niagara Institute, program partners, and Ontario College of Psychologists in activities involving psychological test data.
  • This position is responsible for the ongoing quality assurance of Coaches, coaching delivery, and the use of psychometric assessments. The Chief Assessor regularly monitors evaluations and provides Coaches with improvement feedback as required.
