Leading Through Change

Leading Through Change will prepare you to lead through the complexities and realities of ongoing change initiatives. The program will address the obstacles surrounding change and help you develop a strategic approach to leading change while meeting organizational goals.

Who Should Attend

Effective change management is an ongoing skill required of all effective leaders. Leading Through Change is for leaders who are responsible for managing change initiatives, their change teams and those who support change efforts in the organization.

  • Identification of the obstacles and encumbrances to a change initiative that can impact its success (resistance, politics, etc.)

  • Strategies to identify the enablers and leverage points that will maximize change success

Key Program Features

The Leading Through Change program offers special elements to provide an experience tailored to effective change management:

  • Comprehensive 360-degree feedback on your style in approaching change and situations involving change

  • Use your own experience in change management. Throughout the program, you will use your own examples from a “real-life” change project in which you are involved. Through change coaching with Niagara coaches, you will see clearly the potential pitfalls of your change project and develop winning strategies to overcome them.

  • Bring your change team with you and work together during the program to maximize program learnings and optimize your team approach to workplace change initiatives.
