  1. Choose one of our existing Open-Enrollment programs and we will deliver it “off the shelf” to your team or organization. Any of our Open-Enrollment programs can be delivered with no modification to employees within your organization. This eliminates potential gaps in time that result from sending numerous participants to scheduled Open-Enrollment programs. A team program will help foster a culture of collaboration relevant to the specific learning focus in your organization.
  2. Choose one of our existing Open-Enrollment programs and we’ll modify it to suit your specific organization’s or team’s needs. Any of our Open-Enrollment programs can be modified to meet your needs. Our Program Design experts will work with you to integrate real-life case studies and develop specific experiential activities, creating a focused learning experience for your organization.
  3. We can deliver a Customized Program that is designed to suit your needs, based on identified competencies or challenges facing your organization or team. Our Program Design experts will spend time with you to assess the challenges facing your organization, to understand your current leadership competencies, and to articulate the desired outcomes of a Niagara Institute program. This process will yield a Customized Program that will deliver a high-impact experience that meets your needs and produces exceptional results.
  4. We can conduct a follow-up session for a specific group that has attended an Open-Enrolment program or a series of Customized programs. When you send a number of participants to an Open-Enrolment program or a series of Customized Programs over a period of time, we can deliver a follow-up program to synthesize the group’s shared learning, make the learning relevant to your specific organization, and launch an integrated development plan.
