Executive Leadership Program

Executive leadership presents challenges that are different from those at other levels of an organization: developing others, building and maintaining key alliances both across the organization and externally, and building a strong leadership team at the top and within each function. To meet the challenges of executive leadership, executives must know themselves and have a clear understanding of their organizational challenges and how to meet them.

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) ®

Most leaders judge their leadership ability based on their intentions. Others, however, judge their ability based on impact. The LDP bridges the gap from intention to impact. This program is rich in personal feedback and will give you a fundamental understanding of your leadership style and its impact on others, as well as ongoing development of leadership skills.

Building Leadership Essentials

Building Leadership Essentials is designed to help you expand your leadership capabilities by understanding how to build your versatility as a leader. In this highly interactive program, you will be both supported and challenged as you work together with Niagara Institute Facilitators, Executive Coaches and other participants.

Communication for the Senior Leader®

Communication for the Senior Leader® will show participants how to take their listeners to new heights of conviction and belief, whether they are delivering a formal speech, giving a presentation, talking informally with a few colleagues or handling Q&As. Drawing on the experience of the Humphrey Group with CEOs and executives, this program will help senior leaders build a comprehensive skill-set for effective communication.

Speaking as a Leader®

Speaking as a Leader® will show participants how to focus their thinking into clear, convincing messages that reach their audience and persuade them to act upon their ideas. It will transform participants into influential leaders. Participants in this seminar will learn to speak so that others are influenced by their ideas and eager to act on them. Through practice, guidance and feedback, they will discover ways to deliver their message confidently.

Strategic Negotiating

Strategic Negotiating will provide you with strategies and techniques to assist you in reaching mutually acceptable agreements with all key stakeholders. This program addresses the diverse professional needs of leaders engaged in any type of negotiation.

Influencing Skills for Leaders

This intensive program uses models, simulations, video-taped activities and staff feedback to focus on three areas that are critical to effective leadership-how to get peak performance from yourself and others; how to develop effective interpersonal relationships; and how to develop a high-performance executive team.

Leading Through Change

This highly experiential program will prepare you to lead through the complexities and realities of change. The program will address the obstacles surrounding change and help you develop a strategic approach that will enable you to lead through every change successfully, while meeting organizational goals.

Custom Programs

Teams increase organizational efficiency, especially in downsized organizations. You can increase those efficiencies by understanding team dynamics. Many organizations are using teams to increase organizational efficiency, especially after downsizing. This program offers an opportunity for members of your team to learn to work together effectively and brings members of your team together to learn through exercises, simulations and hands-on experience the task skills that characterize high-performance teams.
