Influencing Skills for Leaders Overview Influencing Skills for Leaders will equip you with the skills necessary to achieve desired outcomes through effective coaching. This program will give you the skills and confidence you need to confront, develop, and influence others—including peers, associates, managers, customers, and direct reports. This program will give you the skills required for effective coaching and influential leadership. - Videotaped coaching exercises, with peer and coach reviews and feedback; and
- The opportunity to write and practice your own coaching vignettes, using current situations from your workplace.
