Influencing Skills for Women Leaders Overview Influencing Skills for Women Leaders is specifically designed for women who want to explore, practice, and develop their skills in effectively influencing others in order to achieve exceptional results and advance their careers. This intensive two-day program, rich in personal feedback, allows participants to stretch and develop beyond their current practice and to explore new ways to articulate vision, build buy-in, overcome common communication blocks, and truly lead, collaborate with, and challenge others at all levels of the organization.
