Leadership Development Program (LDP)®

Overview

The Leadership Development Program is designed to address the leadership needs of mid- to senior-level leaders. During the program you will learn to strengthen and refine your leadership fundamentals—communication, self-awareness, influence, and learning agility—for your complex and demanding role as a leader of leaders. You will focus on two essential competencies for leading from the middle of the organization.

  • Thinking and acting systemically—understanding the big picture, seeing patterns, dealing with trade-offs.
  • Resiliency—effectively managing stress, uncertainty and setbacks.
