Our Alumni Speak

“In August 2011 I started a journey with the Landmark Leadership Program at the Niagara Institute. For me, participation in the program was driven by a desire to take my performance at work to a new level. Through the group exercises, and in working with my Executive Coach, I gained completely unexpected insights and developed tools to make me a more effective leader.

“But that's not what this testimonial is about. What the Landmark Leadership Program also helped me to see, was that I needed to develop balance across all facets of my day to day life, not the least of which was a need to get active and healthy.

“After 7 years of almost no exercise , I got to it, and in May 2012 I achieved the objective of running the Mississauga Marathon.

“I credit the good people and the approach of the Landmark Leadership program for opening my eyes to a broad set of personal development opportunities, and in giving me the tools and encouragement that I needed to take action.”

Dave Cameron, Vice-President, Banking and Investments, CGI
