The Niagara Institute is committed to fully
meeting the needs of all participants and the delivery of the highest
quality programs. To maximize participant learnings, Niagara strictly
controls class size and invests significant resources in pre-program
preparation.
When withdrawing from a program or rescheduling,
the following fees are applicable for calendar days before the program:
Weeks from Program Start
Full Withdrawal
41+ calendar days
$250
21-40 calendar days
30% of the original fee
0-20 calendar days
100% of the original fee
Rescheduling Guidelines
Selection of an alternate program date must be
made within two (2) weeks of withdrawal from the original
program. The new program date selected must be within six (6) months
of the original program date.
Substitution Guidelines
If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to
substitute another appropriate participant from your organization.
Substitutions must be made 21+ days before the program and be for the
same date. The $250 withdrawal fee will apply in this case.
