As a rising leader, each promotion will take you a step farther from the tactical execution of work and closer to the strategy of the organization. With this comes more cross-functional decision making and collaboration than any previous role. As the focus turns from a single team or department, you must understand the holistic company strategy and be able to put the strategy into action alongside your fellow leaders.
This can be a challenging turning point in one's career but is manageable with training, such as that provided in the business leadership simulation, Enterprise Challenge. Anyone from rising managers and directors, to high-performing managers and team leaders, will benefit from the practice this interactive program provides as the expert facilitator turns the lessons into actionable insights.
Whether you are an identified high-potential or a rising leader at the manager or director level, Enterprise Challenge will equip you with the skills leaders need to make sound decisions and collaborate cross-functionally, but in a way that allows you to learn by doing, not just reading or listening to someone else.
While we know you will complete this program feeling inspired, we'll do you one better. This program will leave you immediately equipped and confidently able to:
Communicate and collaborate effectively across functional silos
Identify different leadership styles in self and others and adapt accordingly
Make decisions and act on them despite ambiguous and less-than-perfect data
Enterprise Challenge is a simulation that allows for real-world practice without real-world consequences. You will work in teams as companies competing for customers in a dynamic marketplace with limited resources. Along the way, unexpected events, such as social media campaigns that go awry and role changes, will challenge you and your cross-functional team to assess, strategize, and take action in a timely manner.
