The jump from a functional role to a leadership role brings excitement, anxiety, and uncertainty. You may go from feeling ready to take on the new challenge one day to doubting your readiness the next. It's only natural. You aren't the first and won't be the last new leader to experience this.
That's because this is a significant transition. In a position of leadership, it's no longer all about you, but rather about the workload, performance, and challenges of those you are managing. To rise to the challenge, you're going to need a different skillset than you have ever needed.
To get you there, Management Challenge is a simulation for new or aspiring leaders to learn and practice essential leadership skills in a risk-free environment with like-minded peers. This program balances a fast-paced business competition with discussions and exercises that encourage reflection, so it's never a dull or dry experience.
Whether you are a functional specialist with your eyes set on a position managing others or have been recently promoted into a leadership position, Management Challenge will equip you with the essential skills people leaders need, but in a way that allows you to learn by doing, not just reading or listening to someone else.
While we know you will complete this program feeling inspired, we'll do you one better. This program will leave you immediately equipped and confidently able to:
Communicate with others verbally or nonverbally, in-person or virtually
Identify an employee's key strengths, challenges, and motivators
Initiate and navigate critical, sometimes difficult, conversations
Management Challenge is a simulation that allows for real-world practice without real-world consequences. You will work and compete in small teams through a series of video-based workplace scenarios. In between these scenarios, you will take part in facilitator-led debriefs, peer discussions, and personal exercises, to bring the lessons learned to life and turn them into actionable insights.

"[This experience was] very interactive. It kept me motivated the entire day and reinforced the need to coach more and micromanage less."
"This has been possibly the most fun thing we’ve done during corporate training so far! The pace was good and the simulation felt dynamic and very applicable."
