The Future Skills training program equips participants with the skills they need today and beyond. It focuses on connectivity, storytelling, resilience, and developing a growth mindset, in order to help participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills to make an impact back on the job.

This program was first created for one of the world’s largest banks as they worked to develop a competitive advantage of having a workforce equipped with the future skills they need. They combined the best academic research with practical learning methodology to create the program. Thought leaders from Harvard Business School and experiential curriculum designers collaborated to create a highly informative, engaging, and practical learning experience backed by the latest thinking.

Future Skills is a highly practical and interactive learning experience. Participants engage in lively and captivating training where they will learn from their facilitator as they work alongside peers.
