This program was first created for one of the world’s largest banks as they worked to develop a competitive advantage of having a workforce equipped with the future skills they need. They combined the best academic research with practical learning methodology to create the program. Thought leaders from Harvard Business School and experiential curriculum designers collaborated to create a highly informative, engaging, and practical learning experience backed by the latest thinking.
