Despite the increase in the number of women at work obtaining leadership roles over the last two decades, women continue to face obstacles in the workplace that can undermine their desire and ability to speak up and be heard.
To overcome these obstacles, the Taking the Stage program creates a space for women-identifying people to come together and discuss their specific challenges while building their communication skills and confidence in a supportive environment. Throughout the program, you will explore how gender norms have shaped and continue to shape ideas that impact leadership communication styles. With this knowledge, you will uncover and craft the leadership identity you want to create.
In Taking The Stage, you will amplify the impact of your communication by unleashing your authentic voice and presence. You’ll be equipped with the skills to craft messages that stick, use assertive language, and adopt a powerful presence that inspires confidence.
