Payment Deadline and Conditions

Full payment must be received prior to attending the program.


If you register for a program as a representative of a company or other organization you confirm that you have authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the company or other organization. You shall also ensure Participant(s) from the company or other organization attending the program are made aware of and shall be bound by these Terms.


When registering for a program, you must provide us with accurate and complete Registration Details. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information (including, without limitation, your email address) by updating your details on the relevant section of the applicable website or contacting us using the contact information provided to you in any program confirmation.

 

Changes, Substitutions, and Cancellation of Registration

Changes to your registration including cancellation must be sent in writing to ldion@niagarainstitute.com as soon as possible. The following fees are applicable:

Third-Party Software/Providers

The use of third-party software is required to facilitate our programs. In registering, you accept the terms and conditions of third-party providers/software and agree to abide by their terms of use.

 

Intellectual Property and Recordings

All materials are the intellectual property and copyright of Niagara Institute and/or our program partners. Participants and organizations cannot copy, share, or use the materials outside of the program without express prior permission.


The participant acknowledges that the recording by themselves of all or part of the programs is strictly prohibited.

 

Letters of Invitation

As our programs are held virtually there is no travel involved and no letters of invitation will be provided to international registrants.

 

Program Cancellation/Re-scheduling by the Niagara Institute

We will do everything within our control to not cancel a program. If we do need to re-schedule or cancel a program, an alternate program and/or date will be provided to move to. If you are unable to make the new date, please let us know within 10 business days and we will process a cancellation for you at no fee.
