Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Leaders equip participants with the four practical skills they need to lead their teams and build a culture where diversity, equity, and inclusion can thrive.

This program complements your organization’s existing diversity and inclusion training or Niagara Institute’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training for All Employees. It’s for people leaders who have already received training to gain knowledge and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are now ready to lead a culture of inclusion.

While we know participants will complete this program feeling inspired; we'll do you one better. This program will leave them immediately equipped and confidently able to:

  • Communicate a compelling message of why pursuing a culture of inclusion is beneficial and paint a picture of what that future looks like for the organization

  • Understand the importance of aligning expectations to support the process of building a culture where diversity, equity, and inclusion can thrive

  • Observe employees and ask high-value questions to uncover where individuals are on their diversity and inclusion journey and provide motivation to maximize their engagement

  • Have skillful conversations that create understanding and support individuals to continue to participate in creating a culture where everyone feels they belong

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Leaders is designed for all levels of leaders who have received training to gain knowledge and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are now ready to learn how to lead their teams to build a culture of inclusion. It is ideally suited for:

  • Team leads, managers, and supervisors
  • Directors, Vice-Presidents, and C-Suite Executives
  • Those being groomed for a leadership role

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Leaders is a highly practical and interactive learning experience. Participants engage in lively and captivating training where they will learn from their facilitator as they work alongside peers.
