It’s for people leaders who have already received training to gain knowledge and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are now ready to lead a culture of inclusion.

Communicate a compelling message of why pursuing a culture of inclusion is beneficial and paint a picture of what that future looks like for the organization

Observe employees and ask high-value questions to uncover where individuals are on their diversity and inclusion journey and provide motivation to maximize their engagement
Have skillful conversations that create understanding and support individuals to continue to participate in creating a culture where everyone feels they belong

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Leaders is a highly practical and interactive learning experience.
