What To Expect
Difficult Conversations At Work is a highly interactive learning journey that takes place entirely online. Your journey consists of three live, virtual instructor-led training sessions, supported by asynchronous learning, application challenges, office hours with the facilitator, and a 25 minute 1:1 coaching session to support you in putting your skills into practice.
While we know you will complete this program feeling inspired, we'll do you one better. You’ll leave this program with a clear plan to tackle a specific challenging conversation that you need to have, and having gained the ability to:
Identify when and with whom it makes sense to have challenging discussions with
Conduct conversations in a way that encourages performance improvements and builds relationships
Prepare for a challenging conversation using a custom planning process that touches not only on what you want to say but how you want to manage yourself
Determine the common roadblocks to positive outcomes and how to avoid them
