Program Overview

The fact is that difficult conversations are unavoidable in life and business. Of all the situations we face in leadership, holding a challenging discussion may be the most uncomfortable. And yet, when handled effectively, these moments of truth can deliver performance improvements, deepen the relationship, and become a growth experience for both coach and coachee.

Our Managing Challenging Conversations program is a highly practical 1/2 day course that explores the principles of effective feedback and productive difficult conversations at work - whether in-person or remote. The program equips participants with a set of skills for having difficult conversations in a way that minimizes defensiveness and delivers positive results.

This pre-work is used extensively in the 1/2 day program as participants apply what they're learning to their real situations.
