Established in 1971, The Niagara Institute is a private, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to enhance the quality of leadership in private and public sector organizations. Niagara’s programs are highly concentrated, engaging and student-focused, attracting leaders from across Canada and around the world. Niagara is part of The Conference Board of Canada (Canada), the country’s leading independent, not-for-profit research institution. Niagara offers programs under exclusive licenses with the world-renowned organization Center for Creative Leadership (CCL^®) and with the leadership communication expert, The Humphrey Group Inc.

For more than a quarter century, The Niagara Institute has helped leaders learn how to change their own lives and go on to change the lives of their organizations and their communities.
