Design and Delivery Process
The Niagara Institute has developed a highly effective process for matching you, the client, with the right Senior Niagara Institute Associate who will work with you to assess your development needs and propose a recommended course of action.
A Proven Design and Delivery Process
1. Scoping Meeting
A preliminary meeting is held to understand the client’s needs. Based on those needs, a Senior Niagara Institute Associate is matched with the client.
2. Needs Assessment
A second meeting is held with the assigned Senior Niagara Institute Associate to establish, in more detail, the client’s needs and develop the program proposal.
3. Proposal and Schedule
The proposal and schedule of programming are presented to the client for review, and the proposal is refined.
4. Needs and Deliverables
The key stakeholders and Senior Niagara Institute Associate meet to reach consensus on program deliverables and logistical requirements.
5. Program Delivery
The core program is delivered. Post-program development and support are initiated.
6. Measurement of Success
The Niagara Institute Associate meets with key stakeholders to review and compare program evaluations against identified needs and deliverables.
