A Proven Design and Delivery Process Scoping Meeting A preliminary meeting is held to understand the client’s needs. Based on those needs, a Senior Niagara Associate is matched with the client. Needs Assessment A second meeting is held with the assigned Senior Niagara Associate to establish, in more detail, the client’s needs and develop the program proposal. Proposal and Schedule The proposal and schedule of programming are presented to the client for review, and the proposal is refined. Needs and Deliverables The key stakeholders and Senior Niagara Associate meet to reach consensus on program deliverables and logistical requirements. Program Delivery The core program is delivered. Post-program development and support are initiated.
