Our Alumni Speak

“My overall experience in the program was excellent. I discovered a significant amount about myself, how I view myself and how others view me. The exercises, discussion and reflection allowed me to look at the way I lead and operate in the organization and determine how I can become a better leader and a more effective and productive employee.”
