Speaking as a Leader®
A Humphrey Group program offered by The Niagara Institute

Overview

Speaking as a Leader® is an intensive two-day program designed for managers and executives who want to learn the fundamentals of communicating as leaders. At the core of this program is The Leadership Model®, an approach that teaches participants how to influence and inspire every time they speak. Those who attend will learn how to speak as confident, compelling leaders in a broad range of situations—speeches, presentations, meetings, off-the-cuff remarks, and Q&A.

Small group workshops, with a ratio of 7 participants to one Facilitator, will provide for extensive feedback and one-on-one coaching for all participants.

Speaking as a Leader is the first in a series of three communication programs. Further programs include Communication for the Senior Leader® and Leadership Presence
