Adaptive Leadership is a highly interactive program where you will develop and put into practice your adaptive leadership skills. This program uses a unique method for experiential learning and peer consultation where you apply the adaptive leadership framework to your own reality. Working with your peers in the program, you will analyze the leadership challenges you are currently facing, and apply the framework to design an action plan to put into action back on the job.
